These Terms govern the electronic services available on ravenflyrecords.com and the Rave'N'Fly Promo Pool. The Shop is currently a non-transactional “coming soon” page; online sales are not covered by these Terms and will receive separate terms before launch.

The website provides free electronic services consisting of browsing public label information and legal notices, sending a Promo Pool application, confirming an email address, manual review of Promo Pool access, receiving selected promo communications after consent and approval, and unsubscribing. Promo Pool admission is discretionary and not automatic. The public Shop page does not currently enable orders, payments or sales.
To use the website you need an Internet connection and a current web browser. JavaScript is required for language switching and Cloudflare Turnstile on the Promo form; access to an email account is required to confirm a Promo Pool application. Using Internet services involves ordinary risks such as phishing, malware and unauthorised access. Keep your browser and operating system updated. Rave'N'Fly Records will never ask for your mailbox or social-media password.
Browsing begins when the website is opened and ends when it is closed. A Promo Pool request is submitted when the form is sent, but access is granted only after email confirmation and manual approval. The recipient may end promo communication at any time through the unsubscribe function in client emails. The provider may refuse, suspend or revoke Promo Pool access where reasonably necessary, including suspected misuse, unlawful activity or a security incident.
Promo access is personal, non-transferable and intended only for the approved recipient. Private links, downloads and access details must not be passed to another person.
Promo material may be evaluated and used for legitimate professional DJ, radio, media or curator support in accordance with applicable law and required licences. Receiving a promo does not transfer ownership, copyright or any other intellectual-property right. All rights remain with the relevant artists, labels, publishers and other rights holders.
Unreleased files, artwork, private links and non-public release information must be treated as confidential. You must not upload, re-host, sell, sublicense, redistribute, forward or otherwise make promo files or private links available to third parties, nor publish unreleased files on public or on-demand platforms without permission.
Each Promo Pool access is assigned to a specific recipient and private links may be individually logged. Files may additionally contain recipient-specific filenames, identifiers, metadata, download tokens and/or audio watermarking. These measures may help protect unreleased material and identify the source of an unauthorised copy where technically possible. Security identifiers must not be removed, altered or deliberately defeated.
Users must not provide unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, circumvent security controls, use automated abuse tools, or use the services in a way that infringes rights or applicable law.
Complaints concerning electronic services may be sent to [email protected] or [email protected]. Please identify the service concerned and describe the issue sufficiently for it to be investigated. Complaints will be handled without undue delay; we aim to respond within 14 days where the matter allows it.
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Notice. Information about cookies, browser/device storage and Cloudflare Turnstile is provided in the Cookie / Device Storage Notice. Promotional and direct-marketing email is sent only where the required consent exists. Consent may be withdrawn and promo email may be stopped at any time using the unsubscribe function.
The version shown at the top identifies the Terms presented with a Promo Pool application. Material changes apply prospectively and will be made available on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
