This notice describes cookies and similar browser/device storage currently used by ravenflyrecords.com. The current public website does not use advertising pixels or audience analytics.

We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies on public pages, and we do not use browser localStorage or sessionStorage to remember the public language. The website always starts in English. When you explicitly choose PL or DE, the current language is carried in the page URL. If you later submit the Promo form, that language choice is stored in the Promo Pool database as part of your application; it is not stored as a public language cookie.
The Promo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical browser/device and network signals and may use technical storage or cookies depending on the security flow and Cloudflare configuration. It is used only for security/anti-abuse, not by Rave'N'Fly Records for advertising profiling. The widget is shown in the language selected on the Promo page. Because this verification is necessary to securely provide the requested form, it is treated as essential security functionality.
The private administrator panel uses a necessary session cookie named rnf_admin. It is restricted to /promo/admin, uses Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict settings, and is used only to maintain an authenticated administrator session. It is not an advertising or analytics cookie.
The website contains links to social networks, streaming services and other third-party sites. We do not control cookies or storage used after you follow such a link; the destination provider’s own privacy/cookie rules then apply.
If non-essential analytics, advertising pixels or similar tools are introduced in the future, they will not be activated before the required information and valid consent/settings mechanism is provided. This notice will be updated accordingly.
You can use your browser settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site storage. Blocking security-essential storage may prevent the Promo form or administrator login from working correctly.
